Road racing sprint originally built by Ted Strugis, and raced in VRRA by Paul Rostic. It is legal for racing in AHRMA, VRRA, USCRA, WERA and is highly competitive with the right rider and tuner.
Details as follows: Heavily modified motor using the strongest later cases. Special narrow lightened left side cover. Dry clutch with racing plates. Ported dual plug head. Arais racing forged piston. Lightened crank. Electronic trigger ignition conversion. Megacycle N6 cam. 38mm Mikuni. Custom dyno tuned exhaust. Close ratio 5 speed Bladon Brothers 5 speed gear box. Alloy engine drain plug, oil filler plug. Chassis: Raced prepped frame with all the strengthening modifications.
Ceriani 35mm road racing forks (not replicas).
180mm Grimeca 4 shoe front brake and lightened rear brake on alloy wheels. Avon 1/4 fairing. Fiberglass racing tank and seat. This bike is built for performance, and everything on it has been lightened, remanufactured, or strengthened. This is a highly tuned race bike, and requires the mechanical aptitude to tune, adjust and run it. |
