My extensive work experience ranges from in-depth production design and hand coding to overall technical project management, IA, QA, and client consultation. I oversee production of all html emails at Redworks, a division of Ogilvy & Mather. We serve IBM, Ameritrade, American Express, Pharma companies, and other large multinationals.

I developed the hiring test and training process for all potential new Redworks employees. I also developed the Redworks email production process to increase efficiency — which helped instigate an Ogilvy-wide redefinition of all processes!
